Whey Protein Supplements
Whey Protein is used as a recovery supplement to help repair the muscles torn during excersise. It is the most popular and commenly used form of protein. The high amount of protein content but also low fat content, makes it a perfect supplement to use for a variety of people, ranging from professional atheletes and bodybuilders, to people who just want to excersise regularly.
Typical reccomended consumption for building muscle would be 2 protein shakes a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, preferably within half an hour of excersising to maximize effects.
